Türkiye Basketbol Kadınlar Türkiye Kupası (Şimdiki adı: Spor Toto Kadınlar Türkiye Kupası), Türk kadın basketbol takımları arasında oynanan kupa organizasyonudur.

1992-93 sezonunda itibaren düzenlenen kupa günümüze kadar aralıksız 18 kere tertiplenmiştir. İlk sezon kupayı Galatasaray almıştır. Son şampiyon ise Galatasaray'dır. Galatasaray ile Fenerbahçe 9'ar kez ile kupayı en çok kazanan takımlar olmuştur. Galatasaray ve Fenerbahçe 6 yıl üst üste şampiyon olarak rekor kılmışlardır. Botaş 2 kere kazanmıştır. Ayrıca Fenerbahçe, 2006-07 sezonunda oynadığı 3 Türkiye Kupası maçını 20 sayı farkın üstünde kazanarak rekor kırmıştır.
