Winfield Township is one of nine townships in DuPage County, Illinois, USA. As of the 2000 Census, its population was 45,155.[1] It is the least populous of the DuPage County Townships.

According to the United States Census Bureau, Winfield Township covers an area of 36.23 square miles (93.8 km2); of this, 35.55 square miles (92.1 km2) (98.12 percent) is land and 0.68 square miles (1.8 km2) (1.88 percent) is water.
