Por nuk ka pulla të bardha në krahë dhe as në qafë si pëllumbat e shkëmbit. Mund të ndeshen në tufa të mëdha, por në përgjithësi tufat e tyre janë më të vogla në numër se sa në rastin e pëllumbave të tjerë.
